By Air

Our conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, is located approximately 10 miles northwest of Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport (airport code: MSP). Most major airlines provide service to and from Minneapolis. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport.

Ground Transportation

A variety of ground transportation options are available to take you between the airport and the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. MWSUG has secured a group discount rate with Super Shuttle of only $26 round trip (including fuel surcharge). SuperShuttle Details (PDF, 340K).

There is also light-rail transit available through MetroTransit from the airport to Nicollet Mall for $1.75 each way.

From the East/Southeast (Madison, Chicago):Follow I-94 West to exit 233A (11th Street). After 0.4 miles, turn left on Lasalle Ave. then take the second left on Grant St. Finally, turn left to Nicollet Mall and the Hyatt will be immediately on your left.

From the South (Des Moines, Kansas City):Follow I-35W North to exit 16A on the left (toward I-94W). Take the 11th St. exit. After 0.4 miles, turn left on Lasalle Ave. then take the second left on Grant St. Finally, turn left to Nicollet Mall and the Hyatt will be immediately on your left.

From the Northwest (Fargo):Follow I-94 East to exit 231A-231B for Lyndale Ave. Turn left onto Dunwoody Blvd. which becomes Hennepin Ave. Turn right on 12th St., right on Lasalle and then left on Grant St. Finally, turn left onto Nicollet Mall and the Hyatt will be immediately on your left.

From the North (Duluth):Follow I-35W South to exit 17B and merge onto I-94 West. Take exit 233A (11th Street). After 0.4 miles, turn left on Lasalle Ave. then take the second left on Grant St. Finally, turn left to Nicollet Mall and the Hyatt will be immediately on your left.

Parking

Parking at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is in a covered parking garage operated by the city of Minneapolis. Self-parking is available for $17 per 24-hour period and includes in-out privileges. Valet parking is $28 per 24-hour period.
