** We are pleased to offer the author who submits the paper a Presenter Discount, which applies once per paper and once per author. That is, it applies once to an author who presents multiple papers and once to a paper having multiple authors.
Registration fee includes:
- Admittance to all paper presentations
- Access to the Quad, including SAS Services, Code Clinic, Poster Gallery, sponsor booths, and more.
- Meals: Monday continental breakfast, Monday lunch, Monday dinner, and Tuesday continental breakfast.
- Sunday evening opening session and reception.
- Monday evening networking event.
Pre-conference training classes are an additional fee.
Guest Registration
Guest registration is available for the following:
- All social events and meals: $300
- Cancellation Fee: $50
Guests will not receive conference materials and are not permitted to attend paper presentations or enter the Quad.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made no later than August 24, 2018. Registration can be transferred to another individual with a cancellation fee waiver, if the original registrant can no longer attend. No cancellations will be accepted after August 24, 2018.

Our cancellation policy requires a $50 cancellation fee to cover the cost of credit card processing. This fee will be retained from the cost of your registration. All refunds will be issued via the exact same credit card you used to pay for the conference. For example, if your registration was $495, then you will be refunded $445 to the same credit card.
