*In the case of a multi-author paper, only the author who submits the paper receives the Speaker Discount.
Registration fee includes:
- Admittance to all program tracks and the Demo Room.
- All meals at the conference from Sunday dinner through Tuesday lunch.
- Sunday evening opening session and reception.
- Monday evening kick-back event at the Harley-Davidson Museum (dinner, music and admission to the museum).
- Free wireless Internet in meeting and hotel rooms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested by emailing the registrar, David Bruckner at Registrar@mwsug.org. Our cancellation policy requires a $50 cancellation fee to cover the cost of credit card processing. This fee will be retained from the cost of your registration. All refunds will be issued via the exact same credit card you used to pay for the conference. For example, if your registration was $385, then you will be refunded $335 to the same credit card on which you paid the $385. All cancellation requests must be made prior to September 11th, 2010. No cancellations will be accepted after September 11th, 2010. Registrations can be transferred to another individual if someone can no longer attend without being charged the $50 fee.
