MWSUG 2015 Presenter Resources
This is a collection of tools to assist authors in the creation and formatting of their MWSUG 2015 papers, presentations, and/or posters. If you have any questions not covered in these resources, please contact the Academic Chair, Michael Wilson, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
When you are ready to upload your final paper, copyright grant form, or presentation slides, please login to the MWSUG Paper Submission System, select your submission, and choose the link for "Final Submission". You will be presented with a form with separate places to upload the paper, the presentation, and the copyright grant form. You don't have to upload them all at the same time, and you can revise each as often as you like before the submission deadline. New submissions will simply overwrite previous submissions.
- MWSUG 2015 Submission Guidelines (PDF, 608K) - All papers are expected to comply with these guidelines, so please review the document carefully.
- Paper Template (Word .DOT template, 1.6MB) - This Word template will help you create a final manuscript that complies with the submission guidelines.
- Presentation Template - (Powerpoint POT template, 209K) - This optional presentation slide template will help give our conference a consistent look and feel.
- MWSUG 2015 Copyright Grant Form (PDF, 293K) - Due September 18, 2015. Must be completed for each paper in order for the paper to be included in the conference and proceedings.
