MWSUG 2016 Conference Hotel

MWSUG 2016 will be held at the stylish Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. This full-service luxury hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, just steps from the majestic Ohio River, and offers convenient access to many popular downtown attractions.

The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati is a twenty-minute drive from Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Rental cars, taxis, and shuttle services are all available at the airport.

Staying at the conference hotel is a great way to maximize the value of your time at MWSUG. We have negotiated a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati at a special conference group rate:

• $148/night (plus tax) for single or double occupancy
• Additional $25/night for third or fourth guest
• Complimentary wi-fi in guest rooms
• Must book by September 16 or before our room block sells out, whichever comes first

Parking Information

UPDATE 10/9/16: The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati offers only valet parking service. Their self-service parking is currently not available due to a construction project. We apologize for the erroneous information previously posted here. We were simply passing along what we were told by the hotel staff.

There is a public parking garage available directly across the street from the hotel main entrance (on the north side of 5th street). Rates there are more economical than valet parking at the hotel, but do not include in-out privileges, cannot be billed to your hotel room, and are not eligible for any MWSUG discount.

MWSUG attendees are entitled to a 15% discount on valet parking rates, resulting in a rate of $25.50/day, which can be charged to your room if you are staying at the Hyatt.
