MWSUG 2016 Presenter Resources
This is a collection of tools to assist authors in the creation and formatting of their MWSUG 2016 papers, presentations, and/or e-posters. If you have any questions not covered in these resources, please contact the Academic Chair, Richann Watson, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
When you are ready to upload your final paper, copyright grant form, presentation slides or e-poster, please login to the MWSUG Paper Submission System, select your submission, and choose the link for "Final Submission". You will be presented with a form with separate places to upload the paper/e-poster, the presentation, and the copyright grant form. You don't have to upload them all at the same time, and you can revise each as often as you like before the submission deadline. New submissions will simply overwrite previous submissions.
- MWSUG 2016 Copyright Grant Form (PDF, 167KB) - Due September 9, 2016. Must be completed for each paper in order for the paper to be included in the conference and proceedings.
[The form is electronic-signature enabled so you don't have to print and scan (but you still can if needed). View detailed instructions and sample e-signed form. Instructions updated August 5.] - MWSUG 2016 Submission Guidelines (PDF, 418KB) - All papers are expected to comply with these guidelines, so please review the document carefully.
- Paper Template (.DOTX Word template, 3.8MB) - This Word template will help you create a final manuscript that complies with the submission guidelines.
- Presentation Template - (.POTX Powerpoint template, 589KB) - This optional presentation slide template will help give our conference a consistent look and feel. Not for e-posters!
- e-Poster Template (.POTX Powerpoint template, 110KB) - This optional template will help you create an attractive and effective e-Poster. Remember, an e-Poster is the electronic version of a physical poster, not a slide presentation.
- Sample Paper (.DOCX Word document, 3.6MB) - A sample paper in Microsoft Word format to illustrate how to apply the submission guidelines.
- Sample Presentation (.PPTX Powerpoint document, 1.1MB) - A sample presentation in Microsoft Powerpoint format.
- Sample e-Poster (.PPTX Powerpoint document, 195KB) - A sample e-Poster in Microsoft Powerpoint format.
